In this paper we consider a kind of $M^x$/G(M/G)/1 repairable queueing system with single delay vacation in which the vacation time, service time, repairing time and the delay vacation time are all arbitrary distributions.By using a concise method, we obtain the transient solution, stationary solution and stochastic decomposition of the queue length. Simultaneously we also give out the stochastic decompositions of the queue lengths in some special cases.

First, a sufficient and necessary condition for existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point of these neural networks is given, where the degree theory of nonlinear analysis is used; second, some sufficient rules for the global exponential stability of these neural networks are obtained by using Lyapunov function.

The paper analyzes the demerit of conventional reliability evaluation method of function substitute model ( FSM) . Based on fuzzy reliability theory,it evaluates fuzzy reliability of FSM and gets calculation formula of FSM's fuzzy reliability and fuzzy mean life- span.In the end,it gives an example.
