In the definition of fuzzy set, fuzzy subordinative degree μ(x) is the function of variable x. This paper states that μ(x)is also a function of x about states set. If the fuzzy subordinative degree, as the function of states set, does not satisfy the condition of normalization and the principle of additivity, then, the fuzzy subordinative degree, as the result of measurement, will be unbelievable.
