This paper present an applicability decision support system used for finance economics. It consists of Data-Base, economics analysis subsystem,Grey Model forecasting subsystem, and Econometric Model subsustem.Based on Finance Data-Base subsystem, with the addition of Econimetric Model, Grey System Model, Time Series Model and System Dynamic Model,various projects about finance economics and macro-economics of two big cities in Northeast were finished succesfully.

This paper describes how to forecast manpower requirements of Liaoning Province in 2000 by using the nonlinear Hammerstein model and how to modify it under the condition of Chinese market economy.In the meantime it is stuied how to identify the Hammerstein model by using small sample size.

The three key parameters of mine fires are local airflow velocity,temperature and oxygen concentration. According to the theories of seepage in porous media,heat transfer and heat dispersion, mathematical models were constructed based on the three parameters. The models can be used for early prediction of mine fires and for estimation of the lecel of spontaneous combustion.Proper use of the models can assist preventing and controlling mine fires.

Concepts of the stochastic programming problem, that is the stochastic restriction,domain of random feasible solutions and random feasible solution have been expounded at the begining in this paper, and on the basis of summarizaition of generality new concepts of α-reliability programming and α-reliability solutions and new method which is called the α-reliability solution for solving the stochastic programming problems have been advanced.The α-reliability solution mirrors the features of random feasible solution and makes them be of new implications,it is very necessary actually and theoretically. Employing the new method,the Way of finding solutions of the stochastic restriction,the stochastic objective function and the stochastic both of them programming have respectively been discussed in this thesis, and there are the concrete instances of solving every stochastic programming problems.At the same time the restrictions of α-reliability programming replaced by the equivalent deterministic constraints have been formulated for the several conditions,and proofs of these transformations have also been provided.

Using the system busy period and LS transform, we obtain both the expression of the LS transform of the transient solution and the expression of the equilibrium solution for the queue in M/G/1 queueing system with any initial state, which are all right in M/M/1 queueing system. It’s noting that the method provided in paper is concise and intuitive.

This paper discusses the relationships between an enterprise manpower and the markets in market economic enviroment,the features of group work and ill-structure characteristics in manpower planning,dispatching and training.Form CSCW point of view,we design an enterprise organizational structure and an enterprise CSCW architecture,based on which manpower demanding,forcasting as well as strategies of manpower planning,dispatching and training are analysed briefly,also the decision procedure is given.

The Influence Diagram recently developed is a new research field on the subject of decision analysis.In this paper, Influence Diagrams are divided into two components by studies:Decision Influence Diagrams(DID S)and Relevance Diagrams.The efficient evaluation of DID s is importantly researched.An adjusted algorithm for evaluating DID S is presented. A model of DID S is constructed for formulating and evaluating a severe accident management strategy problem in nuclear power plants, and the part of model is evaluated by using the adjusted algorithm.

Client/server architecture is the main trend of distributed computing today. In this paper, a queuing model based on Marcov chain and analytic performance result to the model are presented. An objective function for system comfiguration optimization and relative algorithm under different situations are then obtained. At last, an example is followed to illustrate the computing process. The method in this paper is not only helpful for us to understand client/server system, but also important to analyze the bottleneck of client/server system and optimize the system configuration.

This paper represents the metods of establishing the base line network model of ship to air missile reaction time.Take a type of ship to air missile weapon system for example, the model is used to simulate and analysis the reaction time under the conditions of different operation environment by using Monte Carlo method, and the impacts of the operator’s quality on the reaction time are also discussed,and then some helpful conclusions are obtained.

This paper putout a method of dynamic Data Envolopment Analysis (DEA) of vertical comperision in studying objects themself (example:enterprise or deparatment, ect) that changing from the method of static DEA used in horizontal comparision, with inputing the calculating index ualue and analysing the assessment index value of technological progress.The value of these index is analysed one by one. Using the concept of DEA validity, we can judge if the enterprise is technological validity or scale validity.
