第20届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2019)是2003年底通过4届KSS国际会议孕育而生的国际知识与系统科学学会（ISKSS，www.iskss.org）的年会。KSS国际会议创始成员除日本的若干大学外，中国大陆系统科学与系统工程研究教育的三家著名单位：中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院（AMSS-CAS），大连理工大学和清华大学亦参与其中。ISKSS目前为国际系统研究联合会(IFSR)成员单位。自2014年12月起，清华大学经管学院陈剑教授担任ISKSS会长，AMSS-CAS唐锡晋研究员为副会长和秘书长。
KSS2019由日本北陆先端科学技术大学院大学和越南Duy Tan University承办，大会主席为：陈剑教授和Gia-Nhu Nguyen校长（Duy Tan University）。KSS2019主题为：“Knowledge Science in the Age of Big Data”。会议信息更新：https://easychair.org/cfp/KSS2019,

全文会议论文集由Springer出版社出版，属于Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) 系列（EI检索）。本次会议采用双盲评审模式。每篇全文投稿将由技术程序委员会至少3位评审评议。程序委员会将对论文修改稿(camera-ready version)作最终审核，若修改未达到评审要求，或英文撰写质量达不到基本要求，或未通过Springer指定查重工具的查重检查，论文将不被收录到全文会议论文集中，并转为摘要录取，注册作者仍能参会交流。会议论文集收录论文将根据评审结果、会议宣讲质量以及出版商网站文章下载量等因素推荐论文修改稿到SCI期刊Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering 发表（需再审）。
在全文投递截止前若提交长摘要（至少2页以上），依然进入双盲评审。根据评审结果及作者意愿，推荐作者完成全文转由Journal of Systems Science and Information评审录取后在2019年第6期出版，同时作者须注册KSS2019并参会交流。
