第18届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2018)是2003年底通过4届KSS国际会议孕育而生的国际知识与系统科学学会（ISKSS，www.iskss.org）的年会。KSS国际会议创始成员除若干日本的大学外，还包括中国大陆系统科学与系统工程研究教育的三家著名单位：中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院（AMSS-CAS），大连理工大学和清华大学。ISKSS目前为国际系统研究联合会(IFSR)成员单位。自2014年12月起，清华大学经管学院陈剑教授担任ISKSS会长，AMSS-CAS唐锡晋研究员为副会长和秘书长。

 

KSS2018由日本筑波大学商学部承办，大会主席为：陈剑教授和Yuji Yamada教授（筑波大学）。KSS2018主题为：“Knowledge Acquisition from Structured and Unstructured Data for Effective Social Implementation”。会议信息更新：https://easychair.org/cfp/KSS2018,

全文会议论文集由Springer出版社出版，属于Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) 系列（EI检索）。本次会议采用双盲评审模式。每篇全文投稿将由技术程序委员会至少3位评审评议。程序委员会将对论文修改稿(camera-ready version)作最终审核，若修改未达到评审要求，或英文撰写质量达不到基本要求，或未通过Springer指定查重工具的查重检查，论文将不被收录到全文会议论文集中，并转为摘要录取，注册作者仍能参会交流。

 

在全文投递截止前若提交长摘要（至少2页以上），依然进入双盲评审，并根据评审结果，推荐作者完成全文，提交给Journal of Systems Science and Information专辑全文评审录取后在2018年第6期出版，作者须注册KSS2018并参会交流。
