
需求与成本双扰动时闭环供应链的生产策略和协调策略
Adjusted production strategy and coordination strategy in closed-loop supply chain when demand and cost disruptions
文章研究了闭环供应链应对市场需求和成本双扰动的生产策略和协调机制.根据不同的扰动条件,给出了相应的生产调整策略:并且设计了新的数量折扣契约, 这使得无论在突发事件前后,都能实现闭环供应链系统利润的协调分配,保障生产调整策略的实施,从而达到闭环供应链应对突发事件的最优利润,文章最后通过数值分析证明了文中结论的正确性,研究表明:突发事件对闭环供应链造成了很大影响,使得整体渠道利润下降,但是通过采用调整的数量折扣契约和应对突发事件的生产调整策略, 可以在一定程度上缓减突发事件带来的不良影响,减少对闭环供应链的损失.
This paper studies the production strategies and coordination strategies which closed-loop supply chain responds to disturbance of market demand and cost. According to different disturbance conditions, the corresponding production strategies were given, and new quantity-discount contract was designed in the paper. The new quantity-discount contract can achieve the closed-loop supply chain members coordinate distribution of profits whether before and after of emergent event, and can guarantee the implementation of production strategies, so achieve the optimal profits of closed-loop supply chain to respond to emergencies. Finally, the correctness of conclusions was proved by numerical analysis. The study found that: emergencies have a significant impact on closed-loop supply chain, and lead to the overall channels of closed-loop supply chain to lower profits. However, to a certain extent, we can mitigate the adverse effects of emergent event and reduce the loss of closed-loop supply chain through adopting the adjusted quantity-discount contract and adjusted production strategy.
