摘要

综合研究了钢铁企业整个能源系统,根据用户的不同性质设计了混合整数线性规划法(MILP)对其煤气分配进行优化从而达到全局成本最小化,解决了钢铁企业副产煤气短时间不平衡问题.案例分析证明,该方法取得很好的优化结果,与前人的方法相比,节约了5.1%的成本.

Abstract

The scheduling of byproduct gas in the whole energy system was considered for an optimum operation. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model for a plant-wide optimization of byproduct gases was performed. A more precise and objective penalty weight was proposed as a constraint in the function. Case study shows that compared with precious approach, the proposed one presents a good performance to reduce 5.1% total cost.
