This paper reports the application of network flow program-ming(NFP)to the economic operation of hydro-thermal power system. The complex hydro-thermal power system is decomposed by decomposition-coordination algorithm of large scale system theory, in which every sub-system is solved by NFP,respectively. Then,the coordination measure is adopted among the sub-systems. The numerieal examples and results have shown that the method is feasible and effective.

In the article, the studied region is divided into a series of small sectors with different geographical property. Under the principle of ecofogyl economics and systems sciences, we formulate a goal progrmming model for multiyear rolling development, based on the optimal planting and breeding pattern group. This model can be used fairly good in solving the multi-objective questions of ecological economic progrmming, and satis-factory composition benefits will be gotten. Furthermore, because the time value model has been merged into the above goal programming model, the suitability and operability of the model in the article will by increased.

The method of model-constructing of GM(1,1) and GM(2,1) has been extended and improved and new accumulat ed growth model has been constructed in this paper. Introducing the intermediate variables, the regression model has built with the help of multi-step increment sequency.The grey-increment model has advantages over the models of GM(1,1),GM(2,1) in model-building control and forecasting. Increment sequency im-itated modeiling of total population in China has been finished by using the model of Cop-Daugglas function. The average error rate is 1.21 percent and the maximum error rate 2.73 percent,the accuracy of imitation is very high.

CTGMDH is a novel modeling method in the recent years.Its ideas originated from the theory of evolution and natural selection.When modeling by GMDH,the first problem we confronted is how to choose a rational criterion which is able to find the correct model structure of a system under the circumstances of noise data,that is the problem of noise immunity of criteria. In this article,we researched this problem and put forward some theory and methods with respect to this problem,under the circumstances of finite and infinite sample,respectively. The result of our research is benefit to the complex system modeling with noise data.

In this paper,we discuss the importance of man-power in the development of high technology,At the same time,we place emphasis on the research to the creativity of the high-tech man power,and it was the first time to use the psychology testing method to test systematically almost 1000 high-tech man-power individuals in the areas of aeronautics,astronau-tics,national defence and other related departments,More than 70 testing results for every high-tech man-power individual are derived by the systemic psychology testing.To simplify above results,we adopt principal components analysis method to reduce above 70 more dimensions to 8 dimensions.The creativity of high-tech man-power is one of the eight dimensions.Finally,the personality characters of the creativity of hightech man-power are analyzed systematically according to the results of reduced dimensions.

In this paper,a profit function is introduced for single goods production by means of the Cobb-Douglas production function. A max-imigation analysis of this profit function is carried out with the Lagrange mutiplier method, resulting in optimiged input combination of the produc-tion factors in the system. It also states the eco nomic profit of the complementary investment used in extended expanded reproduction.

The task of cell-job planning system of CIMS-ERC is to seper- ate main production scheme ( MPS)into optimal daily production scheme. To meet the requirement of multi-objective,the method of goal program- ming is adopted.In this paper,a brief introduction of goal programming, system modelling and problem solving method is presented.To deal with discrete production planning,a gradually programming method is proposed.
