Game analysis on university-enterprise cooperation and innovation considering knowledge sharing and talent training

Abstract

Under the background of new era, university-enterprise cooperation and innovation is of great significance to promote the construction of modern economic system. Since knowledge sharing and talent training are important contents of university-enterprise cooperation and innovation, it is necessary to integrate the two into the research scope of university-enterprise cooperation and innovation system. Considering the common influence of knowledge sharing and talent training, this paper analyzes the problem of university-enterprise cooperation and innovation under the dynamic framework by the method of differential game, and investigates the decision-making process and optimal strategies of the university and the enterprise in the Nash non-cooperative game, Stackelberg leader-follower game and coordinated cooperation game. The results show that the cost sharing of the enterprise to the university can improve the optimal benefits of the enterprise and the university. Under the coordinated cooperation game, the overall benefit of the system achieves Pareto optimality. The research conclusions provide the theoretical basis for university-enterprise cooperation and innovation.
