Abstract

The tacit knowledge feedback loop structure is the core structure of innovative research system, by use of organization and management system dynamics simulation technology, it is conducting the tacit knowledge feedback loop characteristic simulation analysis, taking Nanchang University system dynamics research innovation team for example, there are five core variables of the innovative research system, the amount of tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge, innovation investment, innovative result, and the number of team members, the five rate variable fundamental in-tree model is built, its equivalent flow graph model is constructed. Where flow level controls flow rate, by applying the branch vector ranks new add feedback loop calculation algorithm, the number of the first category tacit knowledge feedback loops is five, which contains innovations flow level in effect generated inflow rate, at the same time, the second class positive feedback loops are counted 10, which include the number of team on the effect on tacit knowledge generated inflow rate; then, through the simulation curve and simulation data, the first category polar shift feedback loop simulation analysis and dominant feedback loop transferring simulation analysis are respectively finished, similarly, the second category positive feedback loop effects are analyzed, and the restrictive relationship between "the low original innovation" and these ten positive feedback loop constraints are researched; in the end, based on the above fifteen feedback loop simulation results, four innovative research system development countermeasures are presented.
