The bidding mechanism of dedicated capital investment and operations in regional logistics center

Abstract

How to determine the best investment of the area based on market conditions and inspirit the investors are critical. This article will divide the logistics cost into fixed and variable cost, and standing in the position of the government regulatory agencies, design a new bidding mechanism to solve these two issues and maximize the entire region social welfare. Finally, analysis of the variance of the new method with the traditional one, and comparing the simulation pay curves of tender side indicate that the new method has the merits of both the stable of supply and competitive inspirit.
