Abstract

This paper used fuzzy mathematics method to study random service system. That is called fuzzy random service system. Then authors applied the fuzzy structured element theory to analyze fuzzy random service system. The complicacy and infeasibility of fuzzy number's operation based on Extension Principle in tradition analysis of fuzzy random service system is overcome availably. This method can provide abundant information for managerial decision. Then new mart supermarket is empirical researched based on this models. After comparing the result of traditional random service system and fuzzy random service system, it gets some important information.
