Abstract

Based on the simulation data, the monetary benefits of implementing Electronic Toll Collection Projects under different traffic volume conditions are estimated using CBA(cost-benefit analysis) method. For another indexes which can be quantitated but can't be measured by monetary units, a multi-criteria analysis is implemented by AHP/DEA(analytic hierarohy process). The results of assessment indicated that the method of combining CBA(electronic toll collection) with AHP/DEA can evaluate the socio-economic im...
