Abstract

This paper described an expert system for prediction fissure water in neotectiontc movement area based on expertise. A fuzzy neural network method is used in this system and program having inference and learning ability and data processing is developed with C. this prediction system has been demonstrated by a typical example and has provided as decision support system to engineers with information about fissure water.
