Abstract

This paper, firstly, systematically counts and measures the voting conditions with disaccord in UNSC from 1971 when our country resumed legality seat in UNSC to 1997.Based on it, it analyses the voting harmony condition in UNSC between China, America and Russia by means of relative analysis. Finally, it gives some valuable conclusions to the international relation analysis.
