A artificial neural networks (ANN) model for the reclaimed land suitability assessment of temporary land\|use was formulated on the basis of principle of artificial neural networks. The ANN model was used to assess reclaimed land suitability ranged from Beijing to Datong and also showed some features and it's suitability of the model in the suitability assessment.
