Abstract

Hybrid systems, which involve discrete events and continuous time dynamics simultaneously, have attracted many research attention. According to its emphasis more on the complexity of the continuous or discrete dynamics, research on the modeling, analysis, and synthesis of hybrid systems is reviewed from 2 different aspects in this paper. Difficult problems are pointed out, and research directions in the future are also estimated.

Key words

hybrid dynamic systems / modeling / stability analysis / verification / synthesis
