This paper proposes an approach to group decision support system based on internet (IGDSS). It introduces the decision flow and the model system of IGDSS, the functionality of MTS(microsoft transaction server) involved in IGDSS, and the techniques for information exchange between the expert station and the manager station. The paper also presents the application of IGDSS in sale date forecasting.
