Abstract

Based on the theory of systems about integrality and pertinence, the matters are analyzed which involved the characteristic of material flow in multy-product and discrete production systems. To improve the whole production systems benefit, the modles of material flow cost are established. To decide the optimal order quantity and economic production batch size the new algorithms are deduced.
