The hierarchy Fuzzy decision method is proposed on the basis of the idea of hierarchy analysis and the method of Fuzzy set. The main chracteristics of this method stress on the flexibiligy of tree\|like hierarchy structure and the determination method of fuzzy number of factor index. A quality evaluation of ecological environment of a certain city is carried out, obtaining satisfactory results.
