In the paper the systematic engineering’s theories and methods are used to analyse systematically the technical index of the railway, traffic the utilization ratio of the ability, the train flow,the task of transport on the trunk line and the ability of the marshaling stution,furthermore,the article supplies a method which can tap the railway potentialities of manpower,equipments and resourse and improve the railway transport capacity.
