Abstract

Most people use the minimum TF rule to sequence activities for resouce restriction optimization in PERT and CPM. The paper improves the activity quonce rule,which makes projct plan meet multi-resource restriction and total plan meet muliti-resource restrict ion and total time not to be dalayecl possibly or delayed in minimum.
