Quality Function Deployment (QFD)is a new method that can largely improve the quality of products towards customer’s satisfication. It is also being integrated with Concurrent Engineering(CE).This paper presents an improved model of QFD which is established in systematic way, and discusses some benefits this improved QFD method brings on. It will be very helpful to apply this improved QFD method.
