摘要

信息通讯技术的发展和贸易成本的下降推动了全球价值链的形成,全球价值链的发展进而驱动了国际贸易理论的演进以及贸易核算方法的革新.本文介绍了全球价值链概念的形成及其理论研究,总结了全球价值链的定量核算研究,进而综述了全球价值链对产业经济发展和环境责任核算的影响,并指出了相关的研究空白.然后,总结了不同文献研究全球化分工对中美就业和福利影响的不同结论,以剖析全球价值链分工下贸易保护主义的逻辑与效应.最后,本文从全球收入链、全球价值链面临的挑战、变化新趋势及我国的应对策略等方面提出了一些研究展望.

Abstract

The improvement of information and communication technology and the reduction in trade costs promoted the formation of global value chains (GVCs). The expansion of GVCs further drove the evolution of international trade theories and the updates of trade accounting methodologies. We firstly review the history and development of the GVC concept, and introduce relevant theoretical research. We then summarize frontier advances in the quantitative accounting for GVCs, and GVCs related studies of industrial relocation, industrial upgrading and environmental responsibility. Thirdly, we review literature about the effects of international fragmentation on bilateral employment and welfare for U.S. and China. This provides us divergent views on the logic and impact of trade protectionism in a GVC era. At last, we discuss prospect of research related to GVCs, which includes global income chains, the trends and challenges of GVCs evolution, and responding strategies, etc.
