
“十二五”时期中国能源全要素生产率研究
The energy total-factor efficiency during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of China
基于加权Russell方向性距离函数的数据包络模型,本文对我国地区间的能源效率和能源全要素生产率指数进行研究.通过研究发现各省区总的非效率数值相差较大;其次,对总的非效率项进行分解,得到能源非效率值和其他指标的非效率数值,发现能源非效率数值并不大,各地区非效率的主要原因并不是能源表现非效率;最后,对能源的全要素生产率指数增长情况进行分析发现,能源全要素生产率指数的增长绝大多数是正值,表明各个省份能源效率的提高对全要素生产率指数起到积极的作用.
This paper deals with regional energy efficiency and energy total-factor efficiency (TFE) indexes in China using weighted Russell directional distance function. We find the differences in inefficiency values among regions in China are significant. Then, we decompose the gross inefficiency term to energy inefficiency values and other indicators' inefficiency, and we find that the inefficiency values of energy are not big. This means that the main sources of inefficiency are not energy inefficiency. Finally, we analyze the growth in energy total-factor efficiency index and find most of provinces were positive, which indicates that the growth of energy efficiency have positive effects on TFE in provincial economies.
