基于水基系统概念和内涵构建了东江流域水基系统健康评价指标体系和评价标准,分别采用层次分析法和粗糙集理论得到评价指标的主观权重和客观权重,将其进行加权平均得到评价指标的综合权重. 运用集对分析方法从系统的稳定态、和谐度、演进率三方面对东江流域水基系统健康进行综合评价,评价结果表明,东江流域水基系统健康状态在2005年处于“中等”水平,2010~2020年处于“较好”水平,2030年达到“很好”级别. 从总体上看,水基系统朝着健康稳定的方向发展.
Abstract
According to the concept and connotation of water-based system, the index system and evaluation criteria of the health state assessment of the water-based system for Dongjiang basin are constructed. The subjective weights and objective weights of indexes are separately obtained using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and rough set theory, the comprehensive weights of indexes are weighted average using of the two results. From the stability, concordance and evaluation rate of the system, health state assessment of water-based system for Dongjiang basin is deeply analyzed using the set pair analysis method. It is showed that health state of water-based system for Dongjiang basin is in the middle level in 2005, in addition, in the better level in 2010 and 2020, and will reach the best level in 2030. In general, the development of the water-based system is healthy and stable.
