摘要

针对传统的供应链补货模型中没有考虑在供方可选择情况下的协同, 从而影响库存补充策略及供应链成本的问题, 研究了由供应商、分销商和零售商组成的多级供应链中的基于CPFR的协同补货问题. 考虑订货概率参数, 建立了基于分销商订货量和零售商订货量之间函数关系的协同补货模型, 以求通过分销商和零售商之间的协同来降低整个供应链的总成本, 并采用MATLAB对协同补货模型进行了数值仿真分析. 其结果验证了所构建的模型是有效的.

Abstract

In traditional replenishment models of the supply chain that did not take the coordination with alternative supply source into consideration which may influence inventory replenishment strategy, we apply CPFR technique to the study on coordinated replenishment methods. To solve the problem of higher cost of supply chain, we study the problem of coordinated replenishment in multi-echelon supply chain with supplier, distributors who locate in different regions and retailers, consider probability parameter of ordering, establish coordinated replenishment models of function relation between the order quantity of distributors and the order quantity of retailers of which the purpose is reduction of the total cost of the supply chain through the coordination of distributors and retailers. At last, we adopt MATLAB to finish our numerical simulation. As a result, the numerical simulation example proves the validity of this method.
