This paper tried to apply the management method of critical success factors to study the implement of BPR. The paper reviewed various researches on CSFs in BPR by different scholars, and based on the context of China, brought forward the idea that the CSFs of BPR in Chinese enterprises are enterprise strategy, business process, information technology, organization framework, staff management, and enterprise culture. In the paper, a map-based association rule mining algorithm (MBAR) was proposed, which only need one-pass over databases and can get the large-items. The algorithm is applied on the analysis of critical success factors to the success of BPR, and many realistic significant association rules are acquired, such as: enterprise strategy Λ information technology Λ staff management → residential (support=0.614, confidence=0.706).
