摘要

考虑在客户驱动需求替代和客户异质性偏好的环境下, 产品族ATO制造商以通用零部件和专用零部件组装生产同一产品族 产品,建立了基于客户驱动需求替代的产品族ATO制造商产品生产组合和零部件补货模型, 给出了制造商产品生产组合和零部件最优补货策略,以及最优解的 寻优步骤. 理论及仿真分析表明,产品的最优销售时长与整个产品族的单位时间 潜在总需求无关,仅与产品售价, 零部件采购价格和单位保管成本相关;产品售 价上升时,制造商应延长该产品的销售时长, 缩短其它产品销售时长, 以提高其 利润.

Abstract

We proposed a product assortment and components replenishment model for product family ATO manufacturer based on customer-driven demand substitution and heterogeneous demand, under the assumption that product family ATO manufacturer assembles common components and specific components into family products. The optimal product assortment and parts replenishment policy for ATO manufacturer was obtained, and the method of finding the best solution was proposed. Theoretical and numerical analysis show that the optimal length of selling products, which is independent with the potential total demand per time of product family, is only related with product prices, procurement prices and holding costs per unit per time of components, and when sales price of a product increases, the manufacturer should extend the period of selling it, and shorten the period of selling the other products in order to enhance manufacturer’s profit.
