摘要

武器装备体系的技术成熟度描述了体系建设的整体技术状态与水平, 在武器装备体系建设管理中是重要的评估与分析内容. 在单项技术成熟度评估的基础上, 建立了装备系统技术成熟度、武器装备体系技术成熟度的评估方法. 通过对武器装备体系技术成熟度评估结果的深入分析, 可以定位体系建设中的瓶颈装备系统与关键技术, 支撑项目管理工作. 所附算例说明了方法的有效性.

Abstract

Technology readiness assessment (TRA) is an important work in managing armament system of systems development. Based on the TRA of individual technology, this paper proposes the models of TRA of individual system and armament system of systems with the definitions of system readiness level and armament system of systems readiness level respectively. By analyzing the TRA results of armament system of systems, those key systems and key technologies which have prominent influences on the whole armament system of systems development can be identified. This is very helpful for the project management. The followed example demonstrates the validity.
