This paper gives a definition of rank transitive fuzzy complementary judgement matrix, and presents a priority method-the least variance priority method(LVM) for fuzzy complementary judgement matrix. Some desirable properties such as rank preservation, permutation invariability, etc. are proved. The method develops the theory and methodology of priority of fuzzy complementary judgement matrix. Finally, a numerical example is also given.
