摘要

提出了模具设计过程中的三种设计活动关联模型,以此表达了设计活动间复杂的联系;应用设计结构矩阵及图论的知识,提出了模具设计过程中耦会活动识别算法,划分了模具设计中各活动的级别,经过活动重组和过程优化,最后给了能体现并行设计特点的模具设计过程结构模型,深刻地提示出整个模具设计过程本身的结构和规律.

Abstract

Three visualized incidence models for the die design activites are presented.With the application of the knowledge of design structure matrix and graph theory, a algorithm of recognizing the coupling activities during the die design process is put forward. The levels of all activities during the die design process are partitioned.
