摘要

根据公路网的道路与交通特征参数指标,阐述了评价公路网规划方案优劣的新模型,即多对模糊算子的二级综合评价模型,并结合运用AHP法(层次分析法)来确定评价指标权重.用此模型对多个规划方案进行评判和排序,方法科学简便,实用性强.

Abstract

According to road and traffic characteristic indexes of high way network, this paper illustrates a new model,which can evaluate which one is the best among many programming schemes, named two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with many fuzzy operator. Moreover, the method resort to AHP method to get the evaluation indexes' weights. On the basis of the model, several programming schemes are evaluated and sorted. The evaluating method is simple, scientific and applicable.
