摘要

基于武器装备发展战略论证的要求，提出了确定发展方向的目标体系结构，前向规划、反向规划，以及前向与反向联合规划的策略和方法.

Abstract

According to the demands of the demonstration on development strategy of military equipment, this paper gives a method to construct the objective systems of forward planning, backward planning as well as forward backward planning on development directions of military equipment.
