Using a frequency equivalence method and a comparison principle of neutral type linear discrete large scale systems with non integral delays presented by Liu Yongqing, we obtain that the stabilization of linear constant discrete control systems with non delays implies the stabilization of neutral type linear time invariant discrete control large scale systems with non integral delays.
