摘要

将从分析缓冲器在级联生产系统中的作用入手,探讨如何利用逆向仿真方法设计可修复级联生产线中的缓冲器,使缓冲器有一个合理的容量和工件预置数量,从而改善级联生产系统的性能,提高系统生产率.文章以一个五级联生产系统为例,探讨了逆向仿真方法的具体实施步骤,并得出设计结果,最后用正向仿真对设计结果进行检验,表明设计结果能很好的符合设计要求.

Abstract

Based on the analysis for lines' behavior and the functions of buffers in this system, this paper discusses how to design the capacities of buffers rationally by using inverse simulation to improve the property of system and promote the ratio of system production. The method is introduced by giving an example of five stages transfer lines in detail. In the end, a forward simulation model of this system is developed to validate the outputs of inverse simulation, and the results is satisfactory.
