摘要

探讨不确定性下R&D项目的排程问题,给出完成任务的方案排序原则与任务的串行排序原则,并通过对串行与并行工程的时间——成本分析,提出一个折衷的R&D项目执行程序。

Abstract

The Optimum Scheduling principle for a task with several alternations and that for a R&D project composed of task series is given After comparing serial engineeing with concurrent engineering, we put up with a hybrid serial/procedure procedure for a R&D project implementation.
