提出了一种对质量职能配置（ＱＦＤ）的定量评价方法。首先由ＱＦＤ的四个关系矩阵从前向后递推来定义用户要求的满足度。然后由最后一个矩阵——生产计划的生产要求的相关性来推导上一层矩阵的工艺操作的相关性，直至推导出第一层矩阵的工程要求的相关性。结合得到的相关性，再由生产要求的困难度来倒推满足用户要求的困难度。

A quantitative appraise method of QFD (quality function deployment) is proposed in this paper.First, a defined satisfied measurements is carried out from the four QFD relative metrics. Then the relative of the engineering requirements is figured out backwards, Finally, the difficult of customer requirements is obtained based on these.Then the scheme can be evaluated.
