在多准则情况下，对项目或方案进行综合、全面评估是当今管理领域的热门话题之一。目前解决这一问题的研究方法主要有两类，一类是融进管理者主观偏好的政策偏向的综合评估方法，另一类是完全客观地单从数据指标进行综合评估。二者作为支持评估乃至政策、决策的重要手段，相辅相成，缺一不可。本文介始的ＰＣＡ方法属于后者。本文系统地归纳了求解多准则评估模型的基本思想，介绍了ＰＣＡ方法的基本原理，应用特点和具体算法。最后结合作者在实际综合评估系统中对该方法的应用展开了深入细致的分析和讨论，并给出了一些进一步构造单一准测的方法和实验对比结果。

It is a very important research field that comprehensively evaluate the objects or alternatives under multioritoria condition.For solving this problem, our efforts concentrate on two ways.One is that join the expert’s proference and policy orientation to study the evaluation methods.Another is only use the data to study the evaluation methods. The PCA method belong to the later. Both of these two ways are very important for supporting the evaluation as well as decision and policy.The paper summarized the basic rules of solving these evaluation methods and analyzied PCA method’s features, algorithms and it’s applications in comprehensive evaluation.The paper also discussed some single critoria evaluation models and their comparetation results.
