摘要

在对高新技术投资问题进行系统分析的基础上，综合运用数学规划和仿真的基本原理，建立了投资模型。该模型在实际应用中取得了满意的效果.

Abstract

This paper analyses the investment problem on high new technology planning projects, and establishes a mathematical model for the investment analysis.This model has been used successfully in the Plan making process of high new technology development of Shaanxi province.
