摘要

研究了一般流域及跨流域水资源系统的特点,将模拟技术和数学规划方法相结合,建立了具有自优化功能的通用流域水资源系统模拟规划模型。在此基础上,建立了跨流域调水工程系统规划模型。实例计算表明,本文所建立的模型实用、有效、优化成果可靠.

Abstract

Characteristics of a multi basin water resources system are researched, combining simulation technique with mathematics planning, the selfoptimization simulation and planning models of multi basin water resources system. The results of a case study show that the models and solution technique are available can be used wildly.
