摘要

提出了电力系统构成传统信息和智能信息相结合的新型信息网系统的必要性。并研究和构造了基于NN/ES的高压输电线路在线故障综合诊断和分析的智能系统(TLFDIS),为电力系统调度中心提供故障智能信息。它是根据故障录波、测距、事件顺序记录、保护和断路器等信息,对输电线路系统涉及的全部设备(一、二次设备)的故障综合诊断,并具性能预诊断的功能。

Abstract

This paper presents the necessity of new type information network system to combine conventional information with intelligent information in whole power system.An intelligent system using NN/ES techniques for high voltage transmission line on line faults synthetic diagnosis and performance analysis is researched and built. The system involves all apparatuses (primary and second apparatus) of transmission line system and its all information interrelated from fault waveform record device, fault location, events sequencing record,cicuit breakers, operated relays and so on.The system also provides the faults intelligent information for power system dispatching centre.
