This paper further examines the expression of the efficiency index in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) as well as the slacks in factor (input and output). Furthermore, it also introduces a new mathematical programming without the conventional Non-Archimedian infinite number ε for identifying efficient Decision-Making Units (DMUs). In addition, by virtue of the defined average cross-efficiency concept a new approach is suggested to rank the DMUs having been identified effecient.
