本文从数量分析的观点出发, 对股份制企业的股利政策进行了讨论, 给出了预期股利的形式定义, 通过求解其数学模型导出了预期股利的一般数学表达式。最后本文列举了三个说明性的实例, 对预期股利的实际计算进行了初步分析。

This paper discusses the dividend policy of a firm with share capital by using the view of quantitative analysis.A mathematical definition and a mathematical model of the expected dividend is presented here. By solving the model,a formula of the expected dividend can be ob- tained.To illustrate it,the paper gives three computational examples finally.
